2020 PILOT PROGRAM
In 2020, we adapted to the emergent circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic to honor our commitment to the FTC mission, so that our process was transformative and supportive of everyone in the group.
One of the main adjustments in the FTC 2020 Pilot cohort was placing less emphasis on the cohort's requirement to raise additional funds for the grantees, as we collectively navigated new financial and emotional priorities in our lives.
As we all emerge from this catalytic time and integrate the teachings as answers to new challenges,
The Femtheogen Collaborative program structure will reflect the needs and opportunities possible at the time of the next program in the summer of 2022.
PROGRAM TAKEAWAYS
ENERGETIC GUIDANCE
Operating at a Dynamic and Magnetic qualities level of framework for project identification and democratic decision-making. Incorporation and valuation of non-intellectual processes like mediation, ceremony, ritual and intuition.
EMBODIED LEADERSHIP
The role of somatic attunement for embodied leadership and transformative relationships in the philanthropic space.
HONORING THE WHOLE SYSTEM
The establishment of the FTC Elder fund as a means of engagement in sacred reciprocity across initiatives, groups and generations.

2020 PARTICIPANTS
FTC defines the 9 month program as the dynamic manifestation of the collaborative's work. Through deeply engaged action, and reflection, FTC seeks to inoculate the mainstream psychedelic space towards a Femtheogen paradigm beyond the program, in which the magnetic feminine aspect is honored and deeply integrated at each level of the philanthropic process.
The Femtheogen Collaborative 2020 inaugural cohort is made up of community catalysts in the indigenous wisdom and psychedelic space across the world.
